2023 Rental Rates

  • We reserved the right to determine if an event is appropriate to the objectives of the league and our location in the middle of a residential neighbourhood.

    Check the rental calendar for availability. Please note that the 10am-1pm busy on Saturdays are our programs rooms, not the hall, lounge & kitchen.

    Complete the rental request form. This is your contract once it’s approved.

    When your request is approved, pay the rental fee.

  • Rentals must be confirmed with payment of 50% of the rental fee. Rental balance is due 30 days before the event.

  • Rental fees paid will be refunded only if 30 days notice of cancelation is given in writing to rental@parkdalecromdale.org.

    Rescheduling a rental with less than 30 days notice is at the discretion of the rental manager.

  • All alcohol service (outside of a private residence) requires a liquor license. The liquor licence, rental contract, and host liquor liability insurance must be under the same person’s or organization’s name.

    To sell or provide free liquor at your private event (members and invited guests only), apply for your Private Special Event Liquor Licence. Download Brochure.

    To have alcohol at events open to the general public, apply for a Public Resale Community Liquor Licence.

    Note: You cannot get a Commercial Event Liquor Licence and host your event at our facility.

  • All events with alcohol, large functions, or public events require event insurance.

    Check with your personal homeowner's insurance or commercial insurance provider or purchase rental insurance from a provider such as:

  • A $300 damage deposit must be paid prior to receiving access to the facility. You make payment with a credit card a few days before your rental. It will then be refunded on your credit card within 3 days of your rental. It can take up to 7 business days for the return to show on your card.

  • You will have access to the building at your entry time one of three way: (1) meet up with rental manager, (2) remote door unlock when you arrive, or (3) access using a fob you pick up beforehand. Fobs are to be left in the secure mail slot at the end of your event.

    The rental manager will contact you to make access arrangements a few days prior to your booking or you can email rental@parkdalecromdale.org.

    The building has an alarm and cameras. Fob and door activity are tracked. Renters must set the alarm and ensure all doors are securely shut.

    Please respect our residential neighbours and park in the stalls at the back of the building.

  • Renters need to clean the premises at the end of the rental period as outlined in the Cleaning Checklist.
